1. Overview

ONEderful Stuff LLC provides custom furniture design and handcrafted products. All work is created with attention to craftsmanship, material integrity, and individual design.

2. Custom Work & Orders

All pieces are made-to-order and customized to client specifications.

  • Project details (dimensions, materials, finishes) will be confirmed prior to production

  • Once approved, the design will be considered final

  • Changes after approval may result in additional charges and extended timelines

3. Payment Terms

A deposit is required to begin all custom work.

  • 50% non-refundable deposit is required before production begins

  • Remaining balance is due upon completion and prior to delivery or pickup

  • Payments may be made via approved methods (e.g., credit card, Zelle, or other agreed options)

Failure to complete payment may result in delays or withholding of delivery.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the custom nature of our work:

  • Deposits are non-refundable once production has begun

  • Orders cannot be canceled after materials have been purchased or work has started

  • In rare circumstances, cancellations may be reviewed at our discretion

5. Production & Timeline

Each piece is custom-built and timelines vary based on the specific design, materials, and scope of the project.

Estimated timelines may be discussed during the design process; however, final completion depends on multiple factors, including material availability and timely communication.

Delays may occur if required information (such as measurements, design approvals, or other specifications) is not provided promptly by the client.

We will communicate progress and any significant updates throughout the process.

6. Natural Materials Disclaimer

Our products are handcrafted using natural materials such as wood and metal.

  • Variations in grain, texture, color, and markings are natural and expected

  • These variations are part of the uniqueness and character of each piece

  • Such variations are not considered defects

7. Delivery & Pickup

Delivery arrangements will be confirmed prior to completion.

  • Final payment must be received before delivery or pickup

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring access and appropriate space for delivery

  • Additional fees may apply for special delivery requirements

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

ONEderful Stuff LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

9. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, and content on this website are the property of ONEderful Stuff LLC. They may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

10. Website Use

You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only and not to engage in any activity that may harm or interfere with its functionality.
